1. General Terms

1.1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and jezbaz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the jezbaz website located at jezbaz.net, its subdomains, and all services, products, games, and features made available through that website. These Terms apply to all registered players and to any person who accesses jezbaz.net, regardless of whether they have created an account.

1.2 Acceptance

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by making a first deposit, or by placing a first bet, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you are at least 18 years of age; (c) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party; (d) you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (e) the funds you deposit are not derived from illegal activity.

1.3 Amendments

jezbaz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on their account or via a prominent notice on jezbaz.net. Your continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

1.4 Governing Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

1.5 Eligibility

The jezbaz platform is intended exclusively for the personal entertainment of eligible adult individuals. jezbaz services are not available to:

• Persons under 18 years of age;
• Persons who are self-excluded from gambling platforms;
• Employees, officers, directors, agents, or contractors of jezbaz or its affiliated entities, and members of their immediate families;
• Persons using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform;
• Persons whose primary purpose is to exploit bonuses, promotions, or system errors rather than to engage in genuine recreational gambling.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on jezbaz, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including: full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, a valid email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one jezbaz account. If jezbaz identifies that a player holds, or has held, more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — all associated accounts will be closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus credits will be voided. jezbaz may, at its sole discretion, return the net deposit amount (deposits minus withdrawals already made) to the player's primary payment method.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jezbaz account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jezbaz will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify jezbaz support immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jezbaz is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing a first withdrawal. Accepted identity documents for Bangladesh-based players include: National Identity Card (NID), valid Bangladesh passport, or Bangladesh driving licence. Additional documentation — such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership — may be requested at jezbaz's discretion. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players; however, jezbaz reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time if it reasonably believes account security or regulatory compliance requires it.

2.5 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information on your jezbaz account remains accurate and current. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account profile or notify jezbaz support promptly. jezbaz will not be responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or account access issues arising from outdated account information.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jezbaz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) internet banking, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard (where available). All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jezbaz does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which jezbaz bears no responsibility.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed in the jezbaz cashier section at the time of transaction. jezbaz reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to the player's jezbaz account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. jezbaz is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's network, mobile financial service downtime, or bank processing windows. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, players should contact jezbaz support with their transaction reference number.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by the jezbaz finance team within a target timeframe of a few hours during standard Bangladesh business hours (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on public holidays in Bangladesh may take up to 24 hours to process. Withdrawals are credited to the payment method registered on the player's account. jezbaz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit.

3.5 Withdrawal Verification

jezbaz may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, additional anti-money-laundering checks, or investigation of irregular account activity. In such cases, jezbaz will notify the player via their registered email address and will aim to resolve any verification hold within 5 business days. Players are obligated to cooperate fully with any verification request; failure to do so may result in account closure.

3.6 Currency

All jezbaz account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jezbaz does not offer multi-currency accounts. If a deposit is received in a currency other than BDT — for example, as a result of an international card transaction — the amount will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, less any applicable conversion charges applied by the payment network.

4. Bonus Terms

4.1 General Bonus Policy

jezbaz offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and event-specific promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and this section, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the offer) must be wagered before any withdrawal derived from bonus play can be made. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the offer. If the time limit expires before the requirement is met, any unconverted bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on jezbaz contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots from eligible providers typically contribute 100% of each bet staked toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. The specific contribution rates for each game category are stated in the bonus offer communication. Playing ineligible games with bonus-derived funds may result in those bets being declared void.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

jezbaz actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event to lock in guaranteed profits from bonus credits, systematically exploiting low-edge games to drain wagering requirements at minimal risk, registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, and coordinating bonus exploitation strategies with other players. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus credits voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently closed.

4.5 Bonus Opt-Out

Players who do not wish to participate in bonus promotions may contact jezbaz support to opt out. Opting out of bonuses means that any promotional credits will not be applied to your account, and your deposits will not be subject to bonus wagering restrictions. Once opted out, re-opting in requires a written request to jezbaz support and takes effect from the next promotional cycle, not retroactively.

5. Gameplay Rules

5.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on jezbaz — including slots, RNG table games, live dealer games, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by physical equipment in studio environments. jezbaz does not control, modify, or influence game outcomes after a bet has been placed.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on jezbaz — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are governed by the market-specific rules displayed in the jezbaz sportsbook at the time of bet placement. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules. Where no specific market rule addresses the scenario, jezbaz reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction on the jezbaz platform — including server errors, disconnections, or display errors — that affects a game in progress, jezbaz will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle affected bets fairly using available server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, stakes on incomplete rounds will be returned to the player's balance. jezbaz does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and will not compensate players for losses of gameplay opportunity caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

5.4 Palpable Errors

In the event that a game outcome is displayed or a bet is settled based on manifestly incorrect odds, an obvious pricing error, or a system error that produces a clearly erroneous result — a "palpable error" — jezbaz reserves the right to void the relevant bets and re-settle or refund stakes at its sole discretion. A palpable error is one that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect. jezbaz is not obligated to honour settlements arising from palpable errors.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jezbaz platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage gained must be reported to jezbaz support immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using jezbaz as a vehicle to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker (if offered), or any other multi-player game environment;
• Opening duplicate accounts for any purpose, including re-claiming bonuses or circumventing a self-exclusion or account suspension;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jezbaz staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or the source of your funds at any point during your use of the jezbaz platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any jezbaz system, database, or account other than your own.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where jezbaz reasonably suspects or determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, it may, without prior notice: suspend the player's account pending investigation; void any bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; withhold or forfeit any winnings or bonus credits; cancel any pending withdrawal requests; and permanently close the account. jezbaz may also report suspected criminal activity, including money laundering, to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

7. Account Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their jezbaz account at any time by contacting jezbaz support via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided that all KYC and AML requirements have been met. Bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from gambling on the jezbaz platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period from their account settings or by contacting jezbaz support. Available self-exclusion periods are: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, and permanent exclusion. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed or shortened during its active period. Upon activation of a self-exclusion, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player; bonus credits will be forfeited. 7.3 Closure by jezbaz

jezbaz reserves the right to close any player account at its sole discretion and without advance notice where it reasonably determines that: the player has breached these Terms; the player has provided false registration information; the player's activity presents an unacceptable regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to jezbaz; or continued operation of the account would be contrary to applicable law. In such cases, jezbaz will return any confirmed real-money balance (net of bonuses) to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any investigation period required.

8. Liability & Disputes

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jezbaz's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the jezbaz platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jezbaz shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or loss of winnings opportunity; losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform; or losses caused by events outside jezbaz's reasonable control, including mobile network outages, bKash or Nagad service interruptions, or acts of government.

8.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jezbaz and its operators, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law; your infringement of any third-party right; or any content, information, or materials you submit to jezbaz.

8.3 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute relating to a bet settlement, a transaction, a bonus, or any other aspect of the jezbaz platform, you must follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a written complaint to [email protected] with your account username, the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction or game round ID, and any supporting evidence. jezbaz aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (BST).

8.4 Intellectual Property

All content on jezbaz.net — including logos, graphics, user interface elements, software, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of jezbaz or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any jezbaz content without prior written authorisation from jezbaz.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
